How do I order prescription glasses?

1. Choose your frame and color
2. Add to cart and checkout
3. After checkout, you'll receive an email asking for your prescription — just reply with a photo or scan of it
4. Our opticians verify your prescription and craft your lenses
5. Your finished glasses ship to your door

What's included for $310?

Every order includes the handcrafted Italian frame, your prescription lenses (any choice — single vision included), a hard protective case, and a microfiber cleaning cloth. No hidden fees.

How long does it take?

Prescription glasses typically ship within 7-10 business days after we receive your prescription. Non-prescription orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Can any frame be made into sunglasses?

Yes! Any frame can be fitted with non-prescription sunglass lenses. Just mention it when you send your prescription, or contact us before ordering.

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on all frames. If you're not happy with the fit, contact us for an exchange or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across Canada and the US. Shipping is free on all orders.

How do I know my frame size?

Check our Find Your Fit guide, or measure a pair you already own — the numbers are usually printed inside the temple arm.
